About Elizabeth Esteve
Elizabeth Esteve grew up in the art world. Her family planted the seed of what was to become her unique life’s journey through a cultural melange of relationship building. Her greatest influencers were artists, collectors, art historians, museums, critics and academicians.
Elizabeth has over twenty years’ professional experience in the art market, and is an internationally recognised art advisor. She has participated in numerous global art fairs (Basel Art Fair, Frieze, Zona Maco, FIAC, SP Arte, ArtRio, and Intersect Aspen). Her art career experience is comprised of but not limited to Sotheby’s, SDMArt, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Gagosian Gallery and several international banks, corporate collections. Most recently she was the international director at Pace Gallery in London for seven years. Her past experiences have been valuable in building her knowledge of the art industry through strong ties with auction houses, global art galleries, and working relationships with museums. Her professional career extends to collaborations with major art institutions, curatorial projects, exhibitions, and personal artist relationships.
Elizabeth Esteve was born in South America, educated on three continents, and speaks five languages. She majored in Art History in France and completed post graduate studies in England. She has lived most of her life in London. As of 2020 Elizabeth has been based in the United States.
